AC question
We're using our AC today and noticed water running off the front passenger side of the trailer...is this normal
Thanks,
Ian

The condensate has to run down somewhere and it depends on how you are leveled.

The condensate is a good thing. It means the system is working well (cold coil) and you are dehumidifing the air in the trailer.

We've never run the AC without a small amount of water trailing off the roof. And the more humid it is, the more water.
When I know I'll be running the AC, I like to set up the trailer barely nose high and with the driver side barely lower, so the runoff will drip down the driver side rear corner, out of the way.

Airstreams have a built in water drain hose to keep the water off your unit and drains it directly underneath the trailer.

That could be done with an Escape I suppose, but the walls are so thin that a drain line under the headliner might leave a print.

Drrrrr raining
If you run your AC while set up absolutely level to cool the trailer while loading and if your significant other is kneeling behind the trailer wiping off some dirt and you activate the power jack to hook up the hitch, it will be a little longer ride to the campground than you had planned. Especially if you make a smart remark about how nice her hair looks.
Don’t ask me how I know.

Put the fan on AUTO, not high. It will shut off once it reaches the set temperature.
