Air conditioner not working

We tried out our air conditioner for the first time and it didn't work. When we called Rease he told us to remove the cover and check the connection. They had left the control box hanging by the power connection and it had come unplugged. If you have a new camper you might want to check this. We noticed that it also had bent some of the cooling fins. He recommended that we loosen the installation bolts and clamp the control box between the unit and lower shell. It was an easy fix, but it could cause damage to fins especially after time.

Is it the fan or the ac? If you have the fan set to high or low it will run all the time. The AC compressor turns on and off with the temperature
