Air conditioner won’t restart

We are new to the Forum, new to camping, and just picked up our new Escape 21 last Thursday!
Last night our air conditioning stopped working after one cooling cycle. Thermostat would shut it down after one cooling cycle. Changing thermostat setting would not start it. Breaker not tripped. We did recycle the breaker to get it to run.
Any advice would help!
Thanks Shona and Paul

Did you turn it off on the thermostat and then start it again? what is the fan and temp setting on the thermostat? Did you try calling Escape?

Off the top of my head, a system that will run to the set point and then never cycle again suggests a bad thermostat. I'd check the thermostat wiring to make sure nothing is loose. Failing that, the thermostat may need replacing. The good news is that replacing it is doable with a minimum of skills and a screwdriver.

I had the ac not working issue and contacted Reece. He had me remove the cover and the main computer power pack was just hanging by the power cord. I zip tied the main plug and then pinched the power pack between the frame and the cover for support.
