Any 17' or 19' Escape owners in or around Texas?

I very much want to see an Escape up close before I make my purchasing decision in the next few months. Suite Escape's helpful owner suggested I post the question on this forum, so here I am. Tammy had me set up with folks from AZ, but I didn't hear from them. Had hoped to go to the factory, but it's going to be impossible this year. I'm way down south in Austin, but I can make it to neighboring states.

I'd also like to know where I can see owners' photos. I appreciate any tips that might come my way.

There's a brand new Escape owner in Austin right now! Brad and Shay have "Grasshopper" . Look up Texscapees for more info. Good luck.

Carol - You are in luck. Shay & I just returned Thur night from our 4 week round trip from Austin to Chilliwack to pick up Grasshopper - our new 19' Escape. There are at least three others from Texas ( Brian, Steve, Charles) who have expressed a similar desire to see one in person & we'd be happy to show Grasshopper to all of you. We're still getting settled this weekend & have plans already for the following weekend. However, send us a PM to coordinate something sometime after that. We plan to be taking Grasshopper out quite a bit throughout this coming winter season. Note: Pics will be forthcoming in the "Show Your Escape" category under the "Grasshopper" thread.

I am very, very lucky tonight! A 19-footer and right here in Austin. Who'da thought! Sent contact info in PM. When you're ready for the unveiling, I can be there at the drop of a hat! And I promise not to be a pest!

You might as well just write the deposit check for your 19' and send it off tonight.

Yep, there is a "I love this" virus infecting every Escape, and there is no vaccine for it, you just have to stay away to avoid it! I caught it just seeing the pictures and talking once or twice with Tammy. It's a very powerful virus...you may already be infected.....

It sure is infectious.
We put our deposit down before actually seeing one. We had confidence just from talking to owners, Tammy & Reace and seeing photos. When the idea of the 19 first hit the street, we locked in to getting one. Sure are glad we did too.

I fear the virus is already creeping into my life...one in-person view will put me over the edge. I've seen other 16' and 17' molded trailers. I am curious to find out how much more you get in those 2-3 additional feet!

Actually, quite a lot! You'll be pleasantly surprised.
But, if you don't need the extra space, Escape has a 13, 15, and 17 too. Gotcha covered whatever your needs, with by far the best molded trailer out there [and I'm not biased : - ) ]

I saw the yellow 5er at Matagorda Madness and have to say it was pretty cool. It's one thing to see photos of something and another to be able to touch and feel everything in person. Gene and entire family are great people too!

Not a good idea to post your phone number on any forum. I can delete that message for you if you like.

If his phone gets charged for a crate of bananas, that will be a "big clue"..

Thanks for removing my phone number. That was my first post, was and still stumbling through the process. Poor connection between me and keyboard.
