Auto function on dometic fridge 21C

We have a 2021 21C and I’ve noticed that when fridge on auto, no shore power, and propane tanks turned on, that it has trouble lighting the propane. I can hear the clicks and I’ve tried turning off and trying again 2-3 times but the check light and beeping comes on….. If , however I press the Gas button instead of the Auto , it works fine, so that is what I have been doing. Interestingly the auto works fine when switching from propane to A/C when have shore power.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like a control board issue. It should still be under warranty. I'd make an appointment at an authorized service center and get it looked at. Luckily you have a work around so you can wait the several months to get into a authorized service center without too much inconvenience.
