Awning Woes

Glad it straightened out, Scott, but a safety strap seems like a bandaid to cover a problem that has yet to be diagnosed.

Any further insight as to how this happened with the power switch off? It sounds impossible (unlike the manual awning failures we’ve seen, which clearly do merit some additional safety locks).

Not sure how one would troubleshoot this, other than use the remote a bunch. Where was the remote during the incident, btw? And what did Dometic have to say?
