Backup Camera Monitor Shows White Screen

I've been on the phone numerous times with Rear View Safety about why the system I have (RVS-2CAM) isn't working. For Cam1 it shows a white screen and for Cam2 is says "no signal".

They haven't been a huge amount of help. One of them actually told me he'd had to put me on hold (over 5 mins) while he was talking to his doctor on the other line (who he put on hold to tell me that!). I told him that wasn't appropriate and that I would call back and talk to someone that would pay attention to me instead of what his doctor was telling him. What a twit.

The camera is on. The monitor has power. We've tried pairing it multiple times, including with Dirk pushing the pairing button on the back of the camera. However, it doesn't stay in the pairing mode for very long (less than 5 seconds). The menu options come up. I would think if the monitor was dead, I wouldn't see any of those.

They want me to follow the wiring and see what's what. However, I'm clueless as to how it was wired in. I've contacted ETI, but have yet to hear from them about it.

Last year I replaced the wired transmitter/receiver (?) as the signal kept dropping out. It's hardly done that since I used a heavier duty one that they sell. It's attached to a metal mount on the middle of the back seat. I purchased two and replaced it with a new one yesterday. Nope, still not getting anything.

So, has anyone else had problems with this? Suggestions on what's going on? They do sell the individual components.

Oh, one suggestion from them was a new antenna that attaches to the camera, but they want me to check the wiring first. It's firmly attached and doesn't appear to be broken.

I'm very frustrated right now. Thanks for any help/suggestions/etc

Okay, as I was typing the previous msg I rec'd a pdf from ETI with 3 photos showing the wiring coming in to the trailer. Will look at that in a bit.

Still looking for suggestions or whatever from others.
