Either one will charge it. Use your voltmeter to determine when to stop charging - at 14.4 volts. Don't leave the charger connected continuously unless you trust it to turn off when full charge is reached. Check the battery every month and recharge when it drops below 12.5 volts (that's the 80% full level.)
AGM batteries have a low "self-discharge" and should not lose power nearly as fast as a flooded battery. That's why they don't need continuous trickle charging.
