Basic RV Electrical 101

Hi Group.
I'm hoping that I can get some advice as to where, or how I can educated on basic electrical "stuff" for an RV. I consider myself very handy, but when it comes to electricity I need help. I can put the white wire to the white wire, black to black, etc., but that's about it. I'm getting ready to order my Escape and would really like to understand this topic better. Watts, amps, resistance, solar, ac, dc, I think you get it.
Any suggestions?? Thank you in advance.

For the solar side of things, includes charging and inverters.
