Bathroom Faucet Squeak

Our hot water handle on our bathroom faucet squeaks horribly when you turn it. Escape replaced the entire faucet for us, but the squeak started again within a couple weeks. Anyone else have this problem? How did you solve? We cannot even figure out how to remove the handle itself.

I’d start with plumbers grease, any hardware store.

Hi: GaryandEllen... Our white plastic hot kitchen tap did the same thing. RV faucets aren't like home faucets, but might look the same. It's noisy but didn't drip. I changed the set cause I had another to do it with... but it still worked. So far no squeek now.
