Bathroom question

Hi, Newbie here. Not sure if this is the proper place for my question - does anyone have the measurements of the wetbath in the 19' - and what will be the measurements of the wetbath in the new 21' NE? Same? or bigger? Hoping bigger!!

I’m a newbie evaluating Escape as well and had the same question on the 21NE. One of the sales folks measured the bathroom on a floor model for me, as dimensions are not yet published. His measurements were 34” deep x 25” wide x just over 70” high. According to published dimensions of the 19, its bathroom measures 39” deep x 26” wide x 71” high.

I can see the potential of the sales rep missing an inch of width, but 5” of depth would be a significant error, if he indeed made one. If not, the 21NE has a shorter wet bath, which doesn’t make sense. I’ve asked for official specs once available.

Interestingly, the 21 floor plan I have does not list dimensions for the bathroom, but I was fortunate enough to see a 2016 model, so at least I have a feel for it.

That 5" difference could be the medicine cabinet that protrudes out from the rear wall......

Aha - I believe you nailed it. I went back and re-read the email and the message said “34 inches between door and rear side cabinetry”.

What are the pros and cons of the wet bath. We are thinking about buying the 5.0 TA. No nothing about wet baths

Well being that your toilet is in the shower...it saves space. For us a dedicated shower that is not used 99% of the time is just a waste of space to carry around.

Pros, it takes up little room.
Cons, it's very small, some tasks, such as shaving, are easier standing in the aisle. Need to wipe it down after showering, at least we do.

The pro outweighs the cons.
