Black spots and Scrubbing Bubbles

Between 3 weeks of continuous rain and tree dirt, the top of our trailer turned green and underneath all the caulk developed black spots. After a generous application of carwash and elbow grease the green stuff was all cleaned off. After consulting the forum I bought some Scrubbing Bubbles® Foaming Bleach Bathroom Cleaner. Using the Bubbles and a toothbrush the black spots are pretty much gone. I also tried Bleech White Tire Cleaner with no results. I applied a fresh application of BTS (Bow to Stern). I should have put a fresh coat on when I uncovered it this spring. I will keep a close eye on it from now on. BTS directions suggest 3 monthly applications to get max protection. Anyway the Bubbles seemed to work well.

Scrubbing Bubbles contains bleach ( may have a product without as well ). Anyway, I used it on my awning and ended up with an artistically bleached t-shirt and hat.
Rinse well.
