Check, and double check, that the batteries are wired correctly.
Check that the battery master switch is on.

Did the master battery disconnect switch get turned to off when the batteries were being replaced and not turned back on? New batteries would normally have been at least partially if not fully charged - did you try any 12 volt items after the batteries were installed?

What does the battery gauge on the battery / tank level panel indicate? Do you have solar? If so, what voltage does the solar controller indicate?

Did the main 12 volt breaker on your converter panel get turned off when the batteries were replaced and not turned back on?

Do the 12 volt items work OK when plugged into shore power?

You have to check the whole system. Are the panels charging?

Are the batteries filled with distilled water and connected correctly?

Does the system register any electricity flow?

What does the solar charger panel tell you? It should be telling you electricity is flowing.

Can you plug it in to 15 amp service? Are the panels super dirty?

Make sure the main power is on. Already said but I have missed that one on other devices.

No answers? Test the batteries.

On a 2017 it will be a toggle switch on the top of the dinette bench wall on the drivers side. Large switch, towards the rear, should be clearly marked.

If any other lights turn on, the main power is on.

A couple of things to check - is the refrigerator on 12V? That would make it difficult to charge the batteries. As many have mentioned, be sure the battery disconnect switch is on (although if you have solar, the batteries should charge with the switch off through the solar controller & panel.)

Check the pair of reverse battery connection fuses (large 30 amp in most converters) just in case during the battery install someone mistakenly hooked them up backwards.

If you have a volt meter, check the output of the converter & measure across the batteries. At least 13.2 V at the converter & 12.7 V for a disconnected fully charged battery set.

On Edit - looks like you found the problem while I was typing. Hope all is fixed!

They may have turned it off....it is also easily bumped and turned off inadvertently, could have happened when they were moving the bench cushions to access the batteries. After ours got bumped off several times the first week just sitting in the dinette I added a little guard over the switch. Last year ETI changed to a new rotary switch that won't get turned off by accident, and also moved it under the bench out of the way.
