22 escape 21c. Have used the combo a few times this trip. Worked fine. While on shore pwr last night, we noticed that the clock display was off. Unit was not being used at the time. All controls are dead. Pulled unit and plugged into known good outlet. Still no joy. Is there an internal breaker on these things that can be reset?

Contacted ETI. Response was timely. Was referred to Contoure and have received receipt of my trouble ticket. Hopefully this ends well. It's a pretty heavy unit, so I can't see a solution that involves shipping the defective one back to Contoure. Maybe if they ship me the new one and I just pack the defective one back in the same box.
They are sending a new unit. They had me pull the unit, take off the cover, check the internal fuse (tested good). PITA but it gave me a good excuse to get a new tool, a T15 tamper-proof bit. Of course, I couldn't buy just the T15, I had to get the whole set.

Glad to hear they made good on the warranty, and you got a set of tamper-proof bits for your trouble. (even if you had to pay for them )
