Diagonal Tires Worn 2021 e19

We have travelled about 12,000 km (about 7500 miles) in the past 10 months (though 6 months in inside winter storage), and two tires are worn out, diagonally opposite each other.
The front passenger tire had totally worn out the inside, showing wires. I put on the spare, as seen in the photograph.
The rear driver tire is showing the same wear, and should also be changed, but I am out of spare tires.
The other two tires appear fine.
Where should I begin to look for a solution?

Start with a call to Dexter. That's what ETI will tell you.

Dexter has a very good warranty. I had a similar problem last year and they sent me a complete axle assembly free and delivered to my door.

You could do a couple of quick measurements first, like distance between the center of the wheel hubs on both sides.

Also check to see if there is any play on your tire. Jack up trailer on one side and see if you can rock the tire side to side. The spindle nut might have backed of some. Somehow that happened to us on our trip this spring.

Check out this video:

I replicated the same measurement across my tires. Sent Dexter some pictures of this measurement and paperwork; Dexter sent me an axle.

Yes, they may ask for some measurements or ask you to take it to a service place.

In my case I put a laser on each hub pointing forward to a piece of wood running side to side at the trailer hitch. In my case the toe-in was the same for 3 of them but the one with the tire wear was different.

In this case I'd measure the distance from the wheel hub forward to either the hitch or a transverse piece of wood. The bolts are slotted and this case, with wear on diagonal wheels it may well be that the axles aren't aligned.
