Digital thermostat problem

Hi all! We are out and about with Bailey for me to do some trialthons this weekend and we have this recurring problem. The digital thermostat that ETI installed does not seem to work. I set the desired temperature and put it in cool mode and the AC starts, works great, chills her down, but never goes off. I have a weather station mounted on the opposite side of the camper that informs me that the inside temp is way below what my desired temp is, but the AC keeps blasting away until I turn it off by changing the thermostat mode to OFF. Don't know if there is a fix for this other than a new thermostat. I don't recall if I had the same issue with the furnace, I may not have even used that yet.
Thanks! Kris

Quick question - is it the AC or just the fan? There is a setting where the fan will stay on constantly and you may have that on. When you hit the thermostat, I believe the first time is AC, the second time is heat & the third time is fan.

It is the AC mode, not FAN mode.

Try going into Fan mode, then selecting Auto instead of Low or High. Then, go back to Cool mode and see if that makes a difference. The manual is here:

If it's already set to Auto or that doesn't correct the problem, the thermostat could be faulty.
