Dometic fridge DM2663LB-No lights on Eyebrow board

Dometic fridge 3way. Trying to do as much checking on my own before I order any parts. I watched a youtube video on the control board outside and have checked everything it recommended. Not in the video are the 3 amp and 5 amp fuses, both 125v. Both fuses are good. I have a 120 volts at the 5 amp fuse. No voltage for the 3 amp fuse. See photo below. Both fuses are good per multimeter
Can anyone tell me if this lack of voltage indicates a specific problem? Note: The original eyebrow board would occasionally work by tapping on it or sometimes just letting the power button stay in the "on" position for a few hours. Replaced the original eyebrow board with a used one from a RV Service store. Never got it to work.

First thing I'd do is check both legs of your A/C to make sure you've got voltage.
Looking at the wiring diagram it looks like the J3 is 12v DC getting power through a couple of thermofuses.
P1 is the connector to the display board. the only thing it shows is the wire colors. Maybe red and black are the power and ground while blue seems to be a test wire. This is just a guess tho.
