I have done a lot of research and tinkering with our older Dometic RM2510. If it doesn’t cool down with time as suggested above then I would first check propane pressure and clean the orifice and burner. You’re cooling capacity may have diminished such that freezer gets cold but not the fridge. This can happen because an absorption fridge is designed such that the ammonia passes through the freezer evaporator section first and then the remainder goes through the refrigerator evaporator. Also just because you have a blue flame at the burner does not mean it has the required BTU’s. You should have a very strong blue flame when the the fridge is set at or near max cooling. Proper propane pressure is critical.
