Driver's side rear frameless split window shattered

Earlier this week I removed the cover off my 2018 19' Escape, I checked out the systems and after adjusting the brakes I took the unit out for a short test today - all good.

While mowing the trailer parking area I discovered the rear dual Hehr frameless split window had shattered on the drivers side. The passenger side window is intact and opened as expected. This happened two hours ago. A quick perusal of the forum did not reveal the model number of the window, so I intend to contact the Escape factory Monday for a start. I am aware I need to deal with Lippert or one of their dealers.

Do any of the readers of this know the model number of the replacement window?

Quick Fix: She who must be obeyed wants to hit the road, I had planned to fly fish and she wants to kayak.

If I were to remove the shattered tempered glass and fill the opening with a 1/4 inch piece of plywood cut to fit, placed in a plastic bag and duct taped inside and out would it stand up to a bit of gravel road without loading the cabin of the trailer with dust and water as BC weather looks a bit nasty the coming week.

Any forum members insight would be great - we would like to catch the ferry off Vancouver Island on Tuesday.

I think you could use something a little lighter than quarter inch plywood. Maybe some of that thin, cheap paneling?
Less weight would be easier to keep in place.

Lexaun or plexiglass would be my choice

You may be able to order just a replacement glass piece for the broken window - there are videos on replacing just the glass, only a couple of screws anchoring it to the top and then detaching the crank mechanism, rather than having to remove and replace the whole framed unit.
