electric awning leaning

We are new owners of a 2020 21NE. When we deploy the power awning, the supports are not level when fully deployed. It tilts to the rear of the trailer about 12" to 14" when fully deployed. Seems to open and close just fine.
Have watched Reese's video about adjusting the awning and resetting the awning using the remote.
We did not receive the owners manual for the awning when we received the other manuals for the trailer. Read in the online manual for Dometic power awnings that the awning will self dump to prevent damage in a heavy rain event.

Are we missing something simple about the awning or is this an adjustment problem. Any one else having this problem?

All I can say is the end of our awning is level front to rear.
I will look at ours later today to see if I can locate any screw that might have not been tight that allowed it to slip. Of course phoning escape will probably get you the correct fix.
