Electric Outlets not working

Hi!
Our 120 electric outlets on the passenger side are not working.
We have a 2020 21 C.
DH already replaced the ground fault outlet outside, to no avail. (recommended by Escape.)

Display panel doesn’t show any error codes.
The lights and other outlets are fine.

What should we check next?
What could be the issue?
TIA!

The GFCI is "first in line" ahead of any other outlets. Did he check that the black wire was hot?

If no power at what should be a hot wire then check the power at the breaker for that circuit. Breaker wires have been known to loosen at the terminal.

Do you have the inverter with all outlets powered option? If so you have a second breaker box somewhere under a seat near the power center that has two additional breakers. Make sure to check those.
