I would like to share that Easternmarine.com has the trailer drum brake assembly,10" x 2 1/4", part numbers K23-026-00 LT and K23-027-00 RH for sale at $37.50 each. Etrailer is selling them, both LH and RH assembly together for 106.95 with no shiping charge.
