Escape 21 frame

On the 21 escape Are there wires or gas lines going through the frame i did not get the front storage box opted instead to make a SS shelf to hold an igloo cooler to hold hoses and such . Can one drill into frame are there wires or gas lines going through frame ? I had a welding shop make a parallegram shelf so im planning on drilling into frame and screwing in shelf

Also my jack antenna does not light up the blue lights is this normal i use the little switch but jack antenna turning does not light up at all so no way of knowing if getting reception

There are not wires running through the frame, but I would advise against drilling into it. If you want to mount something to the frame, I would instead weld on an angle tab, and attach through it.

If you need to anchor the box anywhere there isn't already a bracket, you can hold it with a square U-bolt around the frame rail - no drilling or welding.

You have to turn on (2) both the switch on the Jack and the switch on the coaxial hookup

jack tv

yes both switches are on and still no blue light . It was intermittent coming down from Chicago but now it does not work at all ( blue light) for signal strength . I still get a few over air channels but no signal strength shown (blue light). I talked to ETI they didn't seem to concerned like it would fix itself ?

Are you rotating the antenna, it will turn 180 degrees and may pick up a strong enough signal for the light to come on. Other wise wait until you are in another area to test.

jack antenna

We are going out Christmas week so I will try again . I popped the cover off of the jack ant. and it seems there is a little circuit board that maybe is broken?? If it doesn't work next week i will call ETI for a replacement or whatever they say.
