Ever try and contact the Escape Parts Dept ?
After trying a few times I left a voicemail expecting them to call back at least by the next day. A week and a half later they returned my call. In the meantime I got the info from another source, ordered the part and had it installed before they phoned me back. I have a feeling they are not interesting in having a functioning parts department.

I Had the same problem a couple of months a go. After 6 voice mails left, I told the receptionist I had left 6 messages over 2 weeks with no call back I asked what do I need to do ? She paged the person and put me through. This may not work for everyone but I suggest if you leave 2 messages tell the receptionist your dilemma. Hope this works.
