I disagree. If they can help they do. If the complainer is being unreasonable or is misinformed, it is helpful to others who may read the complaint, to have the record set straight.
Some ( few ) here like to jump on a complaint thread with nothing to offer except their condolences that the poster has been treated so 'badly'.
And, I'm mostly keeping silent now because my trailer is 9 years old so my advice is likely no longer be pertinent.

I'd complain to ETI. Why didn't they think of that?

But don't stay silent too much, Glenn. You bring the benefit of having seen ETI grow and morph into a presence in the fiberglass trailer world.
We can't expect to catch the owners on the telephone anymore. And as ETI trailers grow larger, at least this is my sense, new owners join our community who may not have the minamalistic perspective that fiberglass trailer people historically brought to the table.
Larry (glad to have a cute little 17b even if it is a 2014).

Awhile back there was a guy from Wyoming whose solar panel blew off twice and he was pretty upset because I think the first time Escape replaced it and the second time he was not satisfied with whatever the company offered. I don't remember the details. Anyway, I don't think the forum was that understanding toward his issue. And, as we know, later on, it happened to others -- not that many but enough for the company to be really concerned -- and Reace offered to either redo people's solar panels or send out a kit so we could have it done wherever we were. That was the company responding, but I could understand why that guy wasn't so happy.

Then there is the rest of the story. Despite ETI recommending that he not replace it himself, he insisted and it failed again. Not sure how many panels he expected ETI to replace for him when he wouldn't take their advice.

I've seen this posted several times so finally looked it up but the only thing I can find is "adenosine kinase" and Accessory Development Kit. Where is it that you're camping?

Yes, at the designated campsites. There are 12 or 13 sites along the Floodwood road.

It's the Adirondacks in New York State. Well known, well maybe not that well known, for it's canoe portage routes and dispersed camping via canoe. Kind of like the Boundary Waters in Minnesota and maybe Algonquin Park in Ontario, although I've yet to go there.

I'm not sure either, but maybe it has something to do with the Adirondack Mountain Club - which is called ADK?
Edit: beat me to it.

Yes, the ADK's are indeed gorgeous. The question about camping in Floodwood made me wish we were heading into summer again and not into winter. Our 19 was up in that area for over 7 weeks in July and August.
Here is a shot I took of a Big Foot we passed at Fish Creek that was parked right next to a Scamp 5th Wheeler - I thought I got a picture of both together but it isn't on my phone. When I saw them, I thought it was some sort of fiberglass meetup, but the two campers ended up next to each other by chance. Had a great chat with both about our fiberglass rigs. Almost all of the sites at this campground are lakefront and just as difficult to find availability as the ones on Floodwood Road. Great canoeing and kayaking if that is your thing.

Given your tenure on this Forum, and your attention to Its many comments, wouldn't you consider that to be a foregone conclusion?

We've met quite a few Escape owners over the last four years. Most do not partake in this Forum. Wonder why.

This could be too much of a shock to frequenters here but some people, okay many, do not think that a trailer is the most important thing going, and they have better things to do than read on it all day. Most of them read to do their build sheet, get the trailer, and are gone. Some of us like to give information to others. Many of them are busy with jobs and children.
