Flag pole and mount recommendations?

What better day than July 4 to think about a flag pole and how to mount it!

I'm thinking one of those mounts that goes into the receiver on the back of our 5.0 and a telescoping flagpole might be nice.

Anyone have experience or recommendations on mounts or flagpoles?

Thanks

Ed

How about this. Piece of oak, two small L brackets, can of black spray paint, and of course a flag pole mount. Works for me. You could have a longer pole. Stores in side storage area when on the road.

That's Camco's Hitch Mount Flagpole Holder that fits standard 2"Hitch receivers. It holds flagpoles up to 2" in diameter and includes a thumbscrew to hold the pole in place.

What do you use for a flagpole?

While I use these for a weather station & a "glow ball", I used rectangular "U" brackets to mount a pair of these to the bumpers of my 21C.

I use this one from Poles And Holders polesandholders.com. When I bought them they had
a special. I paid $99 for the mount, a 20 foot pole and 2 flags.

I am thinking I could mount an OTR antenna for my cell booster to the 22' pole and increase the cellular signal. Bundle the cable behind the spare tire. Raise it at camp, lower it for travel. I am thinking this would greatly help.

Right now I have it mounted to a solar panel.

Thanks for the 'heads up' on this. I bought the 22' bumper mount and 22' pole. It collapses down to 4', can come out for travel if needed.

Going to mount my OTR cellular antenna on it and run it up high at camp. Now I can work all the time. Hey, wait a minute?

Funny, You know " Work " is a four letter word!
I try not to use them.
