Frameless Window Winding Mechanism

I was in a hurry to retract the awning and forgot to close the dinette window on my 21NE. I broke the window actuator. The rivets that attach the scissor arms to the little round plastic window track slides broke. I was able to repair it but managed to put the round plastic sliders on the wrong side of the scissors. There is not enough metal remaining to redo them again so I need to replace the mechanism. I temporarily flipped the mechanism 180° so it sort of works.

Escape gave me this information for ordering a new part: "Let them know you know (need) the winding arm for window model V000453436 - 3000 FV 26 X 18 G20 TP INS BK W/SCRN with a trim ring model V000505802."

I have been trying (3 times) to order the replacement for 2 months now and have not received any response from Lippert. Does anyone know how to order the mechanism or have other advise? It seems easy enough to just replace the rivet that holds the round plastic slider except that the rivet is a special shape.
