Question for Rossue - is the orifice still attached to the gas input tube, or is it in the assembly with the igniter and flame detection electrodes? I'm wondering if it still makes sense to remove the entire gas inlet tube as I do on my RM8551 when I prep for the alcohol soak.

Looks like you get lots of brown flakes everywhere close to the burner like me. A small price to pay for living on the Wet Coast.
This is a photo done before our March trip I believe and took apart more than one needs to just to soak/clean the orifice, yet it allows a better photo. Once the 11mm nut is loose and the gas tube pulled away the orifice is all one piece that releases by undoing the thin nut to the right with the 9/16 wrench.
