furnace problem on a 2018 E19

Our furnace quit recently, while running. Messed with for some time and finally discovered a switch buried under the fan housing, which is actually a breaker.
Flipped the switch, and off she went and been fine ever since. I noticed that the battery level was down to 2 dots, and it had never been that low. We had only been off shore power tor 2 nights.

So my question is will low voltage cause the breaker trip? I know it not a sail switch issue, which I had repeatedly when the camper was new.
