Furnace shuts down prematurely

I have a Dometic furnace, model number DFSAD12131, in my 2018 Escape 19. When the thermostat calls for heat the furnace will ignite and run for a period of time, but then shuts down suddenly and prematurely (before the thermostat is satisfied). When this happens it turns off the on-off rocker switch located below the control board on the furnace. The LED trouble code light on the board is not flashing. When I flip the rocker switch to 'on' the furnace will start up again. This has been an intermittent problem that is now persistent.

Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? Any thoughts?

There are many posts with similar issues. On my 2018 the furnace became very intermittent as well. I I replaced the sail switch and so far the furnace seems to working as it is supposed to.

I had a sail switch failure last year. I believe this is different. A bad sail switch would not allow propane to flow and the burner to ignite. It also typically throws off three? flashes on the LED trouble code indicator light.
When the sail switch failed last year it did not trip the on / off rocker switch to the off position.

That is odd. Haven't heard of this one before.

I agree that is odd...I am not sure why it would do it but I would not overlook it being a bad rocker switch...that has to be one of the cheapest things to replace.
