GoPower Solar Controller and Bluetooth

I am unable to connect to the GoPower solar controller from my iPhone using Bluetooth. When the camper was a new I was able to connect to it. But after purchasing a new iPhone it won’t connect nor will any other Bluetooth device. I suspect the controller is holding onto the MAC address of the old phone and won’t release it. I searched on the Internet for solutions and a couple of them say I need to completely power down the controller and restart it. I have no switch between the panels and the controller and therefore the only way to disconnect is to remove the wires while it is hot. Has anybody else had this problem? I’m not a hot wire guy and a little hesitant to work on it with power on.

I don't have this controller but see attached for soft reset instructions from the GoPower PWM-30 manual...

Pairing is also covered starting on page 26 if you need it.

Cover your panels and no voltage will get to the controllers. This also might be a good time to wire in a solar disconnect breaker: https://www.explorist.life/how-to-wi...trical-system/.
