Got my new 5.0 Monday and...

The channel inside the kitchen window filled up with water and ran over onto the counter yes it's raining at my house.
I talked my wife into opening up the little flap things and that took care of the water in there I don't know why the water is getting into it.

Do they have drain holes in the channel? If so I'd poke to make sure they are draining. Could be they got filled up with something during construction.

Maybe open your awning a little to keep the water away until the issue is fixed?

Hi WanderBred, The sliding windows and the chanel they ride on are not sealed from the outside elements. The windows and eventually the track will collect debris and water. The “weep holes” on the outside bottom frame of the windows are intended to drain water from the chanel. Dirt and debris, however can clog these weep holes and prevent the water from draining. If the chanel is wet, open the window and the screen and use a toothpick or pipe cleaner to clear the weep hole from inside the track. When the chanel is dry, use a vacuum to keep the chanel clear of dirt and debris. I do this to each window track every time I clean/vacuum the interior of our trailer. Stay on top of it, and the weep holes will function properly! Good Luck!

Both the weep holes in that window had rubber plugs in them which I removed and threw away all the other windows had none.

The weep holes should not have plugs! Now that you have removed the plugs, they should function properly. Keep them clear with regular maintenance….Good Luck!

Another little tidbit,

Many of the trailer sliding windows (framed) will have weep holes top and bottom so the same window can be left or right hand slide. If you check the tops of the windows the plugs should still be in place. Someone probably missed removing those lower plugs.
Have fun out there . . .
