I have a Dometic 3.0 cu ft RM2354 in my 2007 17b, propane isn’t working and I found a loose ground wire. The ground conection broke off and is still in the crimped spade connector on the wire. Any body have an idea, I can’t see where it was located.

I think that if removing the sheet metal screw near the short red and double black wires allows the sheet metal enclosure at the bottom of the burner stack to be removed there's a good chance that you might see where the wire goes.
I looked at the RM2354 in my 2010 but they are different. Mine has two boots coming from the flue with two wires each. Yours has one. So Ron could be right that the loose wire could connect near the burner assembly. Mine just has the single wire going there so I don't know.
There is a white plastic connector on the side of the control box with 4 places for wires, 2 top and 2 bottom. Any chance the loose wire could come from the upper right? It is obscured in the picture.
There is a wiring diagram pasted to the back wall of the compartment. I can see that yours has started to peel off and curl. You might see if you can follow the wire on that.
Regarding the wiring diagram, I've noticed in past RV's that the stick-on labels tend to peel off or get wet over time on any appliances exposed to the elements. So now, before they become unreadable, I like to take digital photos of all the labels for future reference.

Great idea, everyone should do that....

Here is a picture from my 2005 17B. It looks like it is the ground for the 12 volt heater. That is the one with the larger red wire the other heater with the 2 smaller black wires is the 120 volt heater.

I would bet your 12 volt heater is on the other side of the 120 volt heater in your picture. I can see the red wire, I just can't see where it terminates.
