Here is another option, a propane tree and high pressure Coleman hose (or two or three) depending on how many Coleman appliances you want to use at a given time:
if you get one of those 'trees', leak test it with soapy water EVERY TIME YOU CONNECT IT. pay especially attention to any unused outlets. I used one of those to run a rather small coleman mantle lantern and a Mr Heater for some years at a campout music festival where open fires were not allowed.

You could have my tree, except I don't know where it is. I found that I didn't want the lamp in the same place as other appliances, and having the lamp at the top of tree cast a shadow below the base of the lamp.
