Help with factory pictures....

I have a IMac and I can not manipulate the photo's that Tammy sends to me showing my built out of my 19' . all my photo's are tiny and do not resize, I am not familiar with SkyDrive, is that a windows program? when I try to load them here on the forum they can not be enlarged or nothing. Has anyone else had issues with the pictures sent? I'm wondering if I forward to someone with a windows computer that they can be fixed?

I use a Mac computer also. If I get a photo that is very small I open it in Preview. Preview will allow you to make the photo as large as you want by hitting the + key on the menu. I would guess that the photo is in jpg format, which can be read by most computers.

If you aren't familiar with Preview, make sure you have Preview in the Dock, then grab the tag for the photo and drop it on Preview, and Preview should open and open the photo.

If this still doesn't work, you can forward the photos to me and I'll resize them for you. My email address is on my profile.

Sorry! I just noticed that you mention SkyDrive, which is a Microsoft product. It appears that there is a version available for a Mac if you are running OS X 10.7 (Lion). Do a search for SkyDrive for Mac and you will find it. I have never used this application.

Re: Help with factory pictures....

Jim, this is a bit tardy, but here is the way I got "full size" photos of The Lark's production. if you click on the photos in the emails from Tammy, it will open them in Safari -- they are really posted to an album in SkyDrive. From Safari, you can control-click (or, if your mac supports multi-touch, you can put two fingers on the touch-pad while clicking), and a menu with a "download" option will appear. Choose the download option, and the photo will be moved to your downloads folder.

I created an album in iPhoto, and then imported the photos to that album, so that I could keep a record of the birthing process. Now that I have the trailer, I find it even more interesting because I can go back and see what is "under the surface" of the trailer, and it helps me understand why things are the way they are (at least as far as our trailer is concerned).

Hope you are enjoying your new trailer!
