Holding tank odour after travel and AC startup

We have a new 19' and have been using it for about 15 days now. After travelling, parking and levelling, we opened the door there is a strong odour from the black tank. We have been emptying the tank before travelling, the bathroom vents are closed during travel. It does usually dissipate.
Today, we returned from an outing without the trailer and turned on the AC and there was a strong odour of the black tank.

We have looked for leaks and not found any...the trailer has spray insulation and I am not sure if that there was a leak it would come through.

Any ideas or suggestions?
