Hot water tank

Hi everyone…second night out with the new 21c and can’t get the hot water to fire up. Tank is full gas is on bypass is off on button is lit up but isn’t it go out when it ignites Need your input…also we are at 7000 ft elevation. First time firing up and turned it off and waited several times now…thanx. Sherpa

Does anything else work with propane? Stove, fridge, furnace?

The thermostat might need a reset
You press (hard) the black cover on the outside face of the tank.

Hi: quidoi... Are you sure at this point its got water in it? Is there water flow from the hot tank or just air? There's 2 valves to the bypass & it takes about 15 min. to heat it up. Alf

Hi everyone thanx to rotorbudd. Not clear in the ETI manual or manufacture manual … there was a pic but did not show the red button above the switch in the manual. All is good hot shower and dishwater. Thanks for your replies
