How to turn on electric water heater?

I forgot how to activate the electric water heater.. we are plugged into electricity, but it seems the only way to get hot water is to turn on the switch above refrigerator which activates the propane portion of 2-way water heater...

If you have water in the tank, try going outside, opening the WH door and activating the electric switch. Could have been turned off when winterizing.

Got it! thanks! I didn't see the switch.. sort of hidden behind some wires...
