Hum from Samlex Solar Controller

I recently picked up our new 5.0TA. Love it. However, there is a constant humming sound coming from the Samlex solar controller. It is consistent regardless if I am plugged into shore power or not (not that I think that should matter). I have set the battery isolation switch off & on, again with no impact on the humming. While the humming is fairly soft, it becomes irritating anytime you are in the kitchen area. Any ideas, suggestions would be welcome.

the solar is independent of your source as it creates its own power fro the sun, the switch just disconnects the battery from the trailer, the solar still is charging. Have you set up the controller properly for your battery set up? There is a manual in your paperwork.

For what it is worth, no noise from our Samlex controller which the factory had set up correctly for the twin six volt batteries.

That's a problem I've not heard of before, would suggest calling ETI.

The inverter may hum.
