thanks for the input. I guess I am half hearted about doing this, as well. Several replies to this thread indicate the bb is a potential leak. I have a hard time imagining that the bb is the source of my issue but I want to cover all bases. ????

If you feel caulking would help, I'd remove the vinyl & caulk the rivet heads rather than attempting to seal the vinyl to the track. Even after sealing the vinyl to the track water can get into the space between the trailer body & track...
