Maaxfan circuit board

Anyone have a problem with a Maaxfan circuit board?? LOL!!
I’m replacing one installed in my 2014 5.0TA. Airxcel sent me a 10B21276K
PCB MAN LIFT IN/EX that has 1 quick attach connector plus the 2 power wires. My fan has 2 connectors plus the power wires. Did I get a wrong part or is there a simple solution here??

What model Maxxfan do you have?

The power lift model uses the 10B21275K.

I couldn’t locate a model no. on the fan but it is indeed a power lift model. Strange that Anxel, the manufacturer would send wrong part since I told parts person it was a power lift fan. Oh well, I have contacted them to get the proper board. Thank you TDF-TEXAS for your help. This form is great !!
