Those do look like they might be a bit more solid than the Milenco, though I never really had much vibration issue with them. I imagine it depends mostly on the mirror housing, like baglo alluded to.

I had those and they won't fit properly on my Tacoma stock mirrors. I'll trade them to someone for good beer!

Milenco are my 3rd pair and seem the most stable yet.

last year a set of Milenco mirrors changed hands at the swap table...

Again, I have no problems with the standard (convex) Milenco mirrors; they have been the best of many different trials. My point is if you exchange the convex for a flat mirror, any stock mirror housing shake will be amplified compared to the convex mirror. Just a warning for anyone who wants to make the change...
