Mystery Water Puddle

I discovered a strange thing today on the passenger side of the trailer. A puddle of water. I know, call CSI, right?

But the odd thing is, there was no rain, I didn't wash the trailer, it wasn't there yesterday and the pavement everywhere else on our driveway has been dry all day, while that stayed wet. As you can see from the attached photo, no where else is wet. This morning I looked at the weep hole behind the wheel and that was dry.

Our water tank is severely bowed down in the middle but it does not appear to be leaking at all.

I'm thinking aliens, but does anyone have a more logical explanation?

I'm not there but making some simple presumptions, the driveway slope would be toward the passenger side and back. This would mean that the leak, if any, would be between the wheels. So that mean a leak in the kitchen plumbing? Any water inside?

No, there is no water inside at least under the sink. I also looked where the water pump is and that appears to be dry too. I looked underneath the trailer and there was no visible water on anything under there.

Where does the overflow for the fresh water tank drain?

No. I haven't washed it in a week or so-I know, probably a big dog was punishing me for that. I do think the trailer is slanted slightly to that side though

Sorry, but I have to ask. Do you have A/C and are you running it?

Mystery Water Puddle

We do have air-conditioning, however since I ruined one on our Casita by running it on house power, I haven't done that since.

I did turn off our refrigerator yesterday, but that's on the opposite side of the trailer. Would that somehow drain all the water over to the other side? Was that one of those important things I should've said at the beginning? :-)

Check the connections to the outside shower as well as opening up the outside shower door to make sure there are no leaks. It looks like the puddle is near the outside shower. I doubt it is the refrigerator.
Incidentally, house power is no different than campground power. If you damaged the A/C in a Casita, it was likely because you were not supplying it with adequate power, either from a too low amp circuit or inadequately sized power cords. The A/C (11,000 BTUs) in the Escape typically uses 16-18 amps. A Casita has a 13,500 BTU Coleman and can require more than 20 amps. If you install/have installed a 30 amp power box in proximity to where you park your trailer and use the 30 amp cord, you can run the A/C without concern of it being damaged.

We have not yet used the outside shower, but I checked it, and it is bone dry inside and out. If nothing else, I'll just watch it this week, and see if I notice any small spacecraft hovering above the trailer...

But thanks for offering suggestions and advice! I greatly appreciate it

I own a Scamp. Water leaks freak me out. I'd crawl under the trailer and push a piece of "Kleenex" into the pontoons on that side. Check them tomorrow late afternoon and see if any are damp.
