Need Help with Champion Generator(s)

Before I think about buying a new generator, I hope someone can help me decide if my current system is capable of running our AC. I am not having good luck with my trials but am not confident with my setup.

I have 2 Champion 2000W/1700W 7356i inverter generators and the compatible Champion Parallel accessory. We live at 6000 ft and will camp higher so the power and wattage will be reduced.

I bought the trailer used and cannot find the AC owners manual so I do not know the exact model. The AC is Dometic and listed on the build sheet as an 11000 BTU system.

Our trailer has the EMS so I purchased 2 neutral-ground bonding plugs, thanks to this forum.

Here's my attempts and results:

1. Single-Generator without bonding plug

E2 error as expected

2. Single-Generator with bonding plug

E0, but insufficient power to run the AC

3. 2 Generators in Parallel with single bonding plug in one generator

E1 and/or current overload sensed at generator(s)

4. 2 Generators in Parallel with 2 bonding plugs, one in each generator

E1 and/or current overload sensed at generator(s)

I conclude the Champion parallel system is somehow incompatible when the bonding plugs are installed.

Any thoughts?

I'll reach out to Champion but they have been difficult to reach in the recent past so thought I'd ask here too.

A member Bayner straightened me out on a different thread (thanks to him).

I am able to run the AC with both generators in parallel if I bypass the EMS and use no bonding plug in either generator. I will still call Champion to discuss.
