New 21NE Furnace only blows cold air
Just received our 21NE and when I turn on the heater it only blows cold air for 1 minute or so and then turns off. I am plugged into my house with a dedicated 30 amp circuit. I have the thermostat set at 90 to make sure the heater would come on. What am I missing? Thanks

Since your trailer is brand new, is the propane turned on and do you know that you have propane in the tank? Lighting a stove burner is a quick way to check that.
If the fan runs for 30 seconds and shuts off it is a problem with the sail switch. If it runs for 80 seconds and shuts off there is a problem with no ignition, likely caused by a faulty circuit board. Time how long the fan runs and it will point you in one of those two directions.

I dont have propane in the tanks. Does the furnace only run on propane? AAAHHH I guess that would be why its not firing up.

Lucky you - empty propane tanks is the easiest problem to fix!

We are receiving our 21C in a oouple of weeks. They gave us credit for the propane as they can’t ship with full tanks. Lol gave us credit for the water hose also as they are out.

I just received my 19 a few days ago and haven't had a chance to get propane (no propane - it was shipped). Any suggestions or tips about exchanging the empty tanks out. I do want to test my furnace before I really close the 19 down for the winter. Heck, I want to camp in it for at least a couple of nights even if it's winterized. Is that do able? New at everything and listening to any and all tips. thanks

Rather than exchanging tanks, just take the existing tanks to a supplier & get them filled. Many U Haul, Tractor Supply, and Ace Hardware stores carry propane and it will be less expensive than trading tanks. Plus, you have brand new tanks & who knows what you will get with an exchange.
