Newbie Question - Will Sanitizing Bleach Stain?

Please forgive my ignorance but will the chlorine bleach solution used to sanitize a fresh water tank/system stain a concrete driveway?

I put a little less than 1/2 cup bleach into a full tank and need to drain it. Figured it was better to ask than deal with a big stain...

Hopefully it's dilute enough to just act like water...

It will bleach dirt and moss. Is that what you're asking about? It doesn't stain, like rust.

I doubt it, especially if you hose it down.
But, note, you are supposed to dilute the bleach before putting it into the tank so that it doesn't damage seals.

No..but sorry for being unclear. Just want to make sure it won't bleach concrete and leave an obvious "trail"

OK, thanks. I'll just leave the hose running a little to dilute as I drain. And I did dilute the bleach in a couple gallons of water before adding to the tank.

For posterity...

No stain on concrete from draining 1/2c. bleach in a full fresh tank.

I wondered why the instructions said to dilute the bleach before putting it in the tank. I'll do it right next time.

I see no need to dilute the bleach. I've always filled the tank 1/2 up, poured in the amount of bleach required, and then filled the tank the rest of the way. No problems yet. Just did ours today after a two week trip.
