no electrical power
I just unplugged the trailer to take it up and park it, and the 12 volt system did not work. I plugged it back in to the electric line from the house and no that does not work either. The breakers are not tripped and fuses look OK. Any ideas? When I unplugged it I must have tripped something

yes that is engaged. When I plug the house current back into the trailer it no longer works either - the fuses and breakers seem to be OK - wires on the surge protector seem to be OK

For the 120V AC if you have the EMS/surge protector what is the display saying? If it lights up and says E0 after 2 minute delay then you have power to that point. If not, check the delivery point. Is everything inside dead? Double check the main 30A breaker in the WFCO power center by flipping off and then back on. This doesn’t explain why the 12V side wouldn’t be working off the batteries unless you have two simultaneous issues. Check the battery connections as has been mentioned. If by chance you are always plugged in to 120V when at home/camping or connected to tow vehicle 7 pin you may not even realize you have a battery problem because the converter is providing power to 12V items in the first case and your tow vehicle is providing power in the latter case.

This little piss ant breaker is beside the fuse panel and very easy to miss. Mine went bad and I couldn't tell it ...until I replaced it because I was flat out of options.

An automatically resetting circuit breaker can cause more problems than it solves. IMHO

whoops!
So it turned out the 120 volt power was working, I plugged a lamp into various outlets to test it. Then - I toggled the battery disconnect switch to the on position and the 12 volt system worked! Magic!
(I thought on meant the battery disconnect was on and the batteries were disconnected). Thank you for all your help - I also cleaned off the battery terminals
