No solar charging?

A few days ago, many of you helped with instructions on removing/replacing our blown inverter. We saved those and plan to replace when we get home from a 3 month trip since we will be on shore power. However, we noticed our charge controller shows no charging at all. It used to do that even when plugged in. I had unplugged the inverter, thinking since it had smoked once already I didn’t want to take a chance. Was that wrong? Any ideas for what I could check? I know virtually nothing about solar, have always depended on our rv tech. We have a 2015 21’ with transfer switch to outlets, all Samlex products. Are there fuses I am missing I should check? We will be in full sun and I don’t want to damage anything further. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
