Nothing works
Just picked up our new 21c in Kansas City. Towed home great, but I have some questions. Where does Escape hide the tool to help deploy the manual awning? Rear camera is missing antenna, is it hidden as well? All breakers are on, fuses in, but no lights, tank/batt monitor dark. Jack works. Is there something I need to boot up to get things to work? Thanks in advance.

I'm heading to the Mississippi Rally to pick brains, as my so called "walk through" , from former owner, was pointing to a few things.......Luckily the battery discount was one. I know Little about this trailer & most likely killed the batteries, as he had me messing with the wiring on the new batteries..............

Awning hook should be in the front storage box provided you purchased that option. If not, it would likely be under the bed. For new / newer owners I usually recommend you review all of the "how to" videos that Escape has posted on their website. I wish they had these posted when we pickup op our trailer. Nowadays I keep them all on a USB drive and with me in the camper at all times.

Had to think for a minute about what awning tool you were talking about.
Never used mine, I just reach up and push the lever with my fingers. Ah, the benefit of not being height challenged.

Of course, we have to watch for 'headaches' too.

Being height challenged has left me overweight in spite of needing to climb ladders.

I didn't know there was an awning hook. I guess I never got one (had awning installed later due to supply chain issues at pickup. Luckily I can reach it on my tippy toes.
