Old style kitchen tap leaking

Does anyone know the make of the older style 2 handle tap?
Are you able to buy parts? Or does it need to be totally replaced?

Hi: Chapitre... I believe they are Phoenix RV taps. If the leak is under ie: inside the cupboard they probably need new "Olives". My RV Tech did ours in about 5 minutes. Alf

It should be relatively cheap and easy to fix the leak, but it gives you a good excuse to upgrade to a new faucet if you've ever yearned for a different style.

Always looking for an excuse to upgrade! Followed rbryan4's lead and installed a new faucet. Model is Peerless P299568LF-SS Choice. Direct replacement with no messing around with the plumbing. Love it.
